A Person Shall Not Be Compelled To Disclose Any Communication Between him/herself And His/her Professional Legal Advisor
A person shall not be
compelled to disclose any fact or communication exchanged between him/her and his/her professional legal advisor.
Provided that, when such person wishes to disclose such communication on
his/her own before the court, he/she has to disclose any other related fact which the
court finds necessary to clarify the fact involved into the communication.
